Thermoforming is the process by which a flat sheet of plastic is shaped by heat and vacuum, using a mould or die made of aluminium, wood or resin.
In short, the plastic sheet acquires the shape of the mould through high pressure and temperature.
This process is ideal for producing automotive parts in medium/large-scale series.
As all the moulds are made in-house from fibreglass, we can guarantee a low price for their production.
